El Greco in Dusseldorf

We had ordered New Year's Eve. It definitely took a lot longer than stated in the app. The food was then completely cold! What also doesn't work is to put an ice-cold salad together with hot meat in 1 aluminum package. How do you come to that? It's clear that the meat cools down and that doesn't do the salad any good either. The food must have been driving around forever ... Of course it didn't taste very good either. Just like you can imagine cold food. Would never order anything here again.

Too long waiting times. The fries were cold and the pizza was not cut properly. No mayonnaise was included. The food was also very poorly packaged. As already from other reviewers (reviews written) I also ordered from the hotel. When asked why The Lieferando app was not confirmed by El Greco that the food had been delivered, but was still marked as an active order and I wanted to show the invoice / receipt to clarify the matter, the only answer was very unfriendly: ,, That is not my problem "./ (Although I work here) /" This is your business what you did ". Then the clerk left unfriendly! and without listening that I wanted to make him aware of the house. Also in the last two orders, the food arrived in the quality mentioned above

Pizza, unfortunately, really not good. Too much and too fat cheese, the dough limp and not crispy with a floury taste. Not recommendable

We order very often from this Greek (often late at night). Was always delivered on time without long waiting times. Sometimes the meat is a bit tough. With the small salads that are included, you can tell that they are mass processing

Locally great and quiet. Food tastes wonderful. Waiters are very friendly. We'll be back next time.

Unbelievable how you are treated as a customer. We ordered about 1.5 hours in advance and when asked when the pizza would arrive, the operator got cheeky and just hung up. That was the last time I ordered from El greco. And one thing is clear, my friends will no longer order there either. And we all enjoyed ordering there.

Food ordered through Lieferando, of course, never arrived and was not canceled either. Dirty shop.

Wow really disastrous. I ordered food at the hotel after waiting almost 2 hours (48 minutes were promised) my food arrived. When I placed my order, I asked you to include a plastic fork. Was forgotten. Noodles were not tasty but you could eat the portion for 15 euros ridiculous. Profiterol was also promised and of course Greek yoghurt was not delivered. Supplier rude not even an excuse was given. There is 1 star for the herb butter and panini rolls. They were delicious. I will no longer order here. Take the negative reviews to heart :)

We are very satisfied with the food, but the drivers keep getting worse. They don't speak any German at all, so you can't talk to them and you don't understand what they want from you. In addition, they have no money to change and complain that we only tip € 1.50 and not make it to € 2.50. At first I didn't understand what he wanted from me. He just points to the bill. It was an offer and it shows me how much I would have saved on the order. He always said "I won't be happy with that" and pointed to the bill. In the end, I got it. He was of the opinion that since I would have saved money, I could round up to 35 € and tip him € 2.50 instead of € 1.50. Well I won't be happy that I: 1. had to go down to the door 2. He had no money to change 3. I had to wait a long time 4. He complains about € 1.50 even though he gets a salary from El Greco

Always fast delivery and friendly staff. I can recommend the food and the price is fair.

Gyros, tzatziki and the fries were delicious. Perfect portion size. Not too much and not too little. Fast and cheap delivery, friendly supplier.

Ok food always arrives with a 2 minute delay, but ey let's keep an eye on the gyros plate is filling and there are a lot of drinks are a bit overpriced Currywurst tastes like the discounter but otherwise everything is actually OK OK

The quality of the food was a disaster. We ordered pizza rolls and fries with currywurst. The concept of the pizza rolls was questionable, the fries were mushy and tasteless. The currywurst tasted like it came from a discounter. Once and never again. The only positive thing was that the food arrived on time. Not recommendable!

Went there for a meal there last night. It was very close to the hotel we stayed at. There are not just a pizzeria. We had gyros in a Metaxa sauce overbaked with cheese. It was served with chips and a greek salad. It was absolutely scrumptious!! And I thought very reasonable, too. And the service was excellent too.

When I moved to Düsseldorf this shop enchanted me. This successful mix between a bar and a quick snack is simply awesome. After 5 months I still like to go there and order regularly because El-Greco is one of the best delivery services. Everything tasty. 5 ⭐

We were staying at the Derag Living Hotel and tried this restaurant which is very closed to it. You can take away or eat in the restaurant. The dishes are nicely dressed, very good salads with yogurt dressing, small warm breads and "Pizzabrötchen" at reasonable prices.
